I needed to ship several boxes and a couple large, fragile items overseas and Toni was an amazing help! She was very flexible when I was finding out how to best ship everything, responded quickly to emails (and checked in to make sure things were going well throughout) and even kept my boxes at the PakMail for over a week while I made changes and finalized the order. The boxes came a little beat up because of my own poor packing, but everything arrived intact. The large items were packed by PakMail and were very well packed. Thank you for your time and effort!
