Can you ship a _________?
Yes, with the exception of hazardous materials or items prohibited by law.

Do you offer coverage for loss or damage?
Yes, and if we package and ship your items, declared value coverage is available that covers for both loss and damage. Our claims ratio is less than 1%. Many carriers will deny coverage if your shipment is deemed improperly packed. Make sure this doesn't happen to you. Bring it to Pak Mail to pack.

Will you pick up my items for shipping?
Yes. We will arrange pickup at no charge from most locations.

I have to ship hundreds of products each day. Can you help me with fulfillment?
Absolutely. This is just the type of work that we can handle professionally and affordably. Let Pak Mail do this so you can focus on your business.

My office is relocating; can you help us make the move?
If it's an in-town move we'll coordinate it all. If it's an out-of-town move, we recommend our "Blanket Wrap" service to save the cost of packaging labor and materials. Get a Free Quote

I'm moving across town, how many boxes will I need to pack up my house?
Ensure a quick and easy move with our box selection guide. We've also got tape, labels, packing paper, and bubble wrap.

Why would I want a private mailbox rental?
Convenience! Privacy! Security! A physical address! If you run a small business out of the home, a private mailbox is a must-have. We offer 24-hour access. We accept package delivery, overnight letters, and registered mail (all items that a PO Box will not!). If you travel from time to time or are at your southern address for the winter, we can forward what you want to wherever you are!

This is my summer residence. How can Pak Mail be my office?
By offering everything you need! We have fax machines, copy machines, and mailing and shipping services. We are your convenient one-stop shop!

Do you carry packaging and moving supplies?
Yes. We inventory many box sizes, have access to hundreds more, and can custom-make any unusual sizes you may need.
